Diploma Programs

Once approved, you will receive a Conditional or Unconditional Offer Letter. Processing typically takes 3–10 working days.

Apply for Visa Approval Letter (VAL)

Submit documents and payment to EMGS for your VAL. Processing takes approximately 4–6 weeks.

Complete Medical Exam & Travel to Malaysia

After VAL approval, complete pre-arrival medical, pay initial fees, arrange accommodation, and travel to Malaysia for post-arrival check.
